Welcome to the Civil War Heritage Foundation website. The Civil War Heritage Foundation was founded in 1998 as a non-profit educational organization. We are a group of dedicated individuals whose focus is to educate the public about the tragic time of our history known as the American Civil War. Members of the Civil War Heritage Foundation portray notable historic figures of this era such as generals, other military officers and enlisted men, politicians, musicians, doctors, nurses, civilians and children. We accomplish our objective of preserving the history and heritage of our nation by way of first person impressions, formal/informal talks, presentations and encampments.
The Civil War Heritage Foundation attends a variety of different events such as:
> Gettysburg, PA (American Civil War Museum - 3 times a year) > Elmira, NY > Pierce Creek, Binghamton, NY > Windham, NY > Westminster, MD > Hanover, PA > Cedar Creek, VA > Winchester, VA
The Civil War Heritage Foundation is always growing and encourage new members to join us. Visit the JOIN THE CWHF page link for more information.
